Hey Folks,


Have you ever wanted to try something new? Have you ever wanted to do something different? Well I remember three years ago when I took my first indoor cycle class. I was hooked, thanks Dustie current TNB Staff.  I didn't miss a weekly class for about a year and half. My passion for fitness has been a driving force in creating TNB. I'm so glad I tried something new and jumped on board. My challenge to you is to try something new. Try a new book, try driving home a different way, listen to some other genre of music and most of all try coming down to Turn N Burn Studio in Chino Hills and you will be glad you did!
